50% linen, 50% cotton is the proportion of Noblesse table linen from the Bösehör weaving mill in Vorarlberg. The surface weight is 230g/m².
It has a nice, coarse structure and is available in many colors.
You can recognize half linen because the yarn only thickens in one direction of the fabric.
The cotton makes the fabric softer and supple, so it is not quite as voluminous, but a little firmer. Linen is particularly durable and makes your table linen robust. It is also less susceptible to dirt and absorbs water very well.
