Our linen cheesecloth (also known as straining cloth) from the Vieböck weaving mill is made in Austria and is of excellent quality. Linen has antibacterial properties and has therefore always been very popular in the kitchen. Use the cheesecloth to squeeze homemade juices, curds, or filter out pesky chunks in jelly or pureed soup.
The big advantage of linen is that you can wash it properly and linen doesn't take on any odors. So you can enjoy the cheesecloth for a long time.
